  Uncomfortable environment. Managers need to be refreshed on customer service. The young girls are more professional, and helpful than designated leaders. Managers appear to not only have a bad attitude to costumers but staff aswell. One leader in charge was so monotoned and unhelpful. unprofessional. Definitely ruined the shopping experience. Wouldn’t recommend.

  Mackenzie fitted my chest size & helped me feel 100% comfortable, she went above and beyond for me!! She even looked online to see if the bra was priced less so we can price match!! I was so impressed by her work and how happy I am with the bra I bought from aerie ! So glad I walked into aerie to be fitted instead of pink/victoria secret, helped me walk out feeling less insecure in myself thank you aerie!!

  I ALWAYS have such a hard time returning items that I’ve purchased online, that don’t fit. They have soo many rules! It’s so frustrating! Makes me not want to buy anything from here. With so many other stores with a flexible return policy, why are they so stingy.

  Super helpful employees, even though it was half an hour from closing they made sure to get me squared away with everything that I needed. Not often will any employees be happy to assist customers moments from closing but they made sure to help me, and be very gracious and patient with me. We decided to place an online order and not to my surprise my name can be very difficult to spell, the lady at the checkout counter handled it very well—and through trial and error and a lot of patience we made it through. I recommend this place, I only ever go shopping later in the night to avoid crowds…would advise the same since the mall can be neck to neck during the day.
