- SKshawn killinJan 26, 20265.0My son and I live about 25 minutes from this lego store, so we don’t go here super often, but about once a month, as a reward or treat, we make the drive, and always have a great experience. Right when you walk in, they greet you and are available but don’t hover. There are always enough employees that even at their busiest, there is someone available to help or check you out. We go through the store clockwise, and somehow, regardless of my plans, by the time we are passing the left side of the register, my arms are full. Without fail, someone comes and takes my boxes behind the register. Also, we are a little meticulous when we are packing up a box at the bits and pieces wall, and they have never complained about us using their counter space to stack up our stashes. ( You fit so much more that way. ) During different times, there are also cute little activities going on, like a pumpkin scavenger hunt, cute headband mask handouts, freebies, etc. The last time we went was even more fantastic. My son’s first grade class has a mascot horse stuffie that goes home with a new student each week, for a week. One thing my son wanted to do with it was take it to the lego store. I asked an employee to take a quick photo of us in front of the back wall to put in the little book, and they were amazing. They discussed it, two employees worked together and it was the sweetest thing I have seen in a while. I appreciated the good photos, and appreciated the care, interest and effort they showed my boy and his stuffed horse even more. We’re a big fan of this store, the company, and the employees that are always fantastic.

How do I sign up for the LEGO VIP Program?
If you drop by one of our awesome LEGO® Stores, you can become a LEGO® VIP member right there and then. Just ask one of our Brick Specialists to sign you up and they’ll be happy to help. After you sign up in-store, you’ll receive a welcome email with instructions for completing your registration. After your registration is complete, you’ll receive an email with a link to your new digital card. LEGO VIP Points can be earned on purchases from LEGO stores and from our online shop.
How do I redeem my VIP Points?
Once you’ve earned points, visit your VIP account on LEGO.com where you can choose to redeem a voucher for either online or in-store shopping!
Do you price match other retailers?
We strive to offer fair and consistent pricing in our stores and online. We can’t price match, however, as Stores and the LEGO® Shop sometimes run different promotions and discounts. Happy shopping!
What do I do if my set is missing a piece or if I lost a piece?
You can visit our store to see if your missing piece is available to buy from Pick-A-Brick wall. Or, request a free replacement piece to be shipped straight to your door by visiting LEGO.com and navigating to 'Help' and then 'Replacement Parts'.
How much does it cost to visit at LEGO store?
All of our LEGO Stores are free to enter.
Can I buy individual bricks?
If you want to buy individual pieces to build something unique, check out our Pick-a-Brick wall! Each store has something different, and the bricks change all the time! We hope you’ll stop by soon to see what’s new!

While we don’t have an exact date for when sets will be available again, you can search for a set at LEGO.com and sign up for in-stock notification emails to be one of the first to know!

Can I return a LEGO set I ordered online to a LEGO Store?
If the total value of the unopened set is under $200, you can return your unopened LEGO set to any of our LEGO Brand Retail stores with your original shipping confirmation email or receipt dated within 90 days, and we'll give you a full refund in form of store credit or a gift card. If your unopened set is over $200, simply return your unopened LEGO set to the address listed on your packing slip.
