  I’m very disappointed with my experience at Aerie today. I walked around the store for about 10 minutes while multiple employees stood together talking, and not one of them acknowledged me or offered help. When I finally asked for assistance finding a specific legging, the employee was unfriendly and clearly uninterested in helping. The interaction felt dismissive. The checkout experience wasn’t any better—the cashier was also not friendly or engaging. As someone who is in their early 30's with a child, I felt uncomfortable and unwelcome in the store. Customer service should be inclusive and attentive to everyone, and that was completely lacking during my visit.

  Nice store fun to look at. I have a lot of cute things. I personally didn’t buy anything though.

  Odd, My review seems to be filtered or hidden unfortunately I hope this isn’t how a company is ran. If you wanna witness a show, come here. The heavier set woman, who claimed she was a “manager” was bragging to me about not knowing any of the promotions when asked…and proceeded to usher me to her teenage associate. How are you at least 60 and can’t do your job right? Clothes are very overpriced anyway.

  This review is not about the product/customer service at this location, but rather poor management/leadership behavior I witnessed in store on 9/29 at around 7pm., at which time the manager/team leader was, fully audible to customers, speaking in such a rude, sarcastic and condescending manner to an employee over their ear pieces, and then turned to another employee and said "she's a little slow". Not only was this totally unacceptable/unprofessional behavior to display in front of customers, I shudder to think what this manager is like in the back. Aerie/American Eagle needs to step in and retrain this woman on how to treat her coworkers and behave in full view/listening range of guests.
