  I placed an online order for some ammo. I went to pick it up and had to wait in a line to purchase ammo for around 45 minutes. Once it was my turn I get told that that when trying to fill my order the gun counter employees sold the last boxes of my ammo. How is it possible for a store to sell ammo that couldn’t have possibly been in their system when it was already paid for? Almost an hour wasted waiting in line just to be told oopsie call some random 800 number.

  Went to buy a number of items. I was having trouble locating things so I asked the employee for help. They started scanning the wall of products the same as I had been doing and with the same result. They explained that the products are displayed by brand, not by type. This makes no sense at all. I had to give up and leave for my sanity's sake. I really hate to buy from Amazon, but...?

  Had a bad experience with one of the firearms salesman’s. Wasn’t helpful, very rude and unprofessional. Seemed like his boyfriend broke up with him or something. Would’ve spent good money there and purchased the gun I wanted but I rather spend that money at the local dealer in Petaluma that actually cares.

  Woman selling ammo insisted I needed a hunting license in case she has a bug and cant find me in the system . I told her multiple times im a license firearm owner and i come here weekly . Once i told her to run my id and she’ll see what im saying is true , She said “dont give me attitude “ when all I asked was for her to run my id so I can buy my ammo . of course once she scanned my id she saw i was in the system. Then her issue was me responding with yes and no mam to the ca firearm questions “you dont need to say mam, we arnt in the army “ she said. And on top of all that my girlfriend’s look of disappointment toward this lady was so strong it made me giggle . Which triggered her to ask me “are you feeing ok ?” Which I said “yes ?” To and she responded with “I dont know if you should be getting ammo today, you seem angry or agitated. “ . “yes mam im completely fine” I responded with confusion in my voice. Then finally she gave me my total and I left never wanting to come in again .
