From hooks to lures to line, everything is poorly stocked, with many items just out of stock. Starting to feel like Walmart tackle section.

Any of my outdoor purchases will now be with Sportsmans! I have been searching for a specific rifle and there was one in stock at store number 149. I called to see if there rifle was in stock, Christine (the hunting manager) answered my call. I asked her if she had the specific rifle i was looking for and she was unable to find it at first. She took my name and number down offering to call me back once she had found it. Not even 30 minutes later I had recieved that call back as promised, she was able to locate the rifle i had been searching for! Being as I am not a california resident and I did not have the option to purchase the rifle on sportsmans website, Christine told me she would make a couple calls to see if she could get it transferred to the sportsmans closest to me. Within 15 minutes I received a call from Jamie with GOL and she informed me she can help with the transfer I would just have to pay the transfer fee, in which I was more than happy to do! They immediately got to work on getting the rifle transferred for me. Within the next 15 minutes Christine called back to verify that GOL had called me and gotten everything set up. I have been looking everywhere for this rifle and anyone I talked to said it was a special edition and would no longer be stocked from the distributor and I had my heart set on this rifle. So having Christine and Jamie go above and beyond the call of duty they helped me get the rifle I have been longing and searching for. Thank you so much to you guys for making me just as happy as a little boy on christmas getting the gift he had been asking for. I am seriously overjoyed! Because of their excellent customer service sportsmans now has all of my business. From the bottom of my heart, thank you!
