Today was the first day I actually went there myself , and I was blown away at how incredibly cool it was! The aesthetics of the building itself blew my mind. there is an actual built into the wall waterfall ! The clothing, accessories , fishing and hunting equipment, boats, etc! just really amazing. The customer Service line moved quickly. the staff were all very knowledgeable, very polite and helpful. This is a really really great place.

I was told by Travis he’ll be right back to check they can pull it out or that it hasn’t been saved for someone else. 45 minutes later no Travis, no answer, no communication whatsoever. As i told them I didn’t want it anymore Travis magically reappears. Waisted 45 minutes of my life, my friend who offered his truck to transport the damn safe, and I’ll never be back to this bass pro shop. I wish I could rate there employees because I would give Travis a zero.

- CRC ReyDec 2, 20255.0Two weeks ago we went to Bass Pro Shop for my grandson picture with Santa, the customer service was great, everyone greated us and said hello, it was relaxed and friendly. My daughter had made the appointment time so it took no time at all for my grandson to talk to santa and even tell santa he was on the naughty list, lol. He did tell him what he wants for Christmas too. Bass Pro Shop has their store decorated so beautiful. There were so many places to take pictures to have memories from the outside to the inside. Outside they have trees with lights, a beautiful white lights as a sleigh with red packages, a big photo frame that has lights all around it that you can take your picture in. Inside they have a beautiful tree that is all decorated a fireplace that you can sit and take your picture at, and when you go down to take and talk to santa, they have, of course, santa's wonderland and you can send a letter to santa and the mailbox just amazing photos. And the toys that you can buy for yourself. They are fantastic and amazing. This is the second year we've taken my grandson to get his picture at Bass Pro Shop. It's a little bit of a drive for us, but it is definitely well worth it and of course, pick up a couple gifts for yourself.
