- CCCindy CarvajalDec 28, 20221.0Worse experience ever! Website lies and says you can pick up your online order within 2 hours. I placed an order for a pair of Oakley sunglasses $200 for my dads birthday. I arrive to only find out they “canceled” my order. Then they say it is being shipped to the store. First- no notification that they didn’t have it in stock (it happens) second they were quick to “ship it” to the store. I don’t need them in a week. I need them today. That’s the whole point for me buying them at this store. Then now i can’t cancel because within the 2 hours that I was to pick them up from the store they had shipped. Their only solution was to buy another pair of glasses and return the other pair whenever they arrive to the store! This is ridiculous that they think we have that kind of money to just give out! I know those glasses didn’t ship in such little time that they just could not cancel my order and refund me my money or at least give me the option to switch to another pair that is available. I’ll just be going directly to the Oakley store and never purchase from this store ever again! Thanks for ruining my dad birthday. Zero star VERY DISAPPOINTED

As she tried many designs to find the right pair the staff really helped her with suggestions leading to the right choice. As the selection was made we were told there was a special on a second set of shades so I picked up a pair myself. As we were ready to check out they made sure the fit was correct and even adjusted the pair I was wearing when I came in to the store.
