I've never shopped at Lane Bryant so it was necessary. When I walked in I was nervous but greeted by a very kind employee named Samantha. She helped me find the dress I was looking for and some other suggestions that matched what I needed. I ended up getting the dresses she suggested and not the one I came in for. She was good at picking things out. When I came out of the dressing room she was attentive and helpful, she made sure I was comfortable through it all. I felt like I was shopping with a friend. Love her!

This store must teach its employees the outdated and inaccurate method of calculating the cup size by finding the difference between the bust and the underbust. She squeezed me into a 40F that she insisted was my correct size even with visible red marks and spillage out the cups. When I picked out a bra based on /r/abrathatfits' calculator instead (42I), it was actually comfortable and had much better fit indicators.
