When I finally went to return the items, the clerk acted like doing their job was some kind of burden… rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. After contacting customer service (the only competent part of this entire operation), I went back with everything they needed. And what did the store do? Refused to refund my money and tried to force store credit on me instead. The clothes they sent were the wrong sizes and literally covered in black oil/grease stains. It honestly looked like they were pulled from a dumpster. I’m done. I will never give this joke of a company another cent. Save yourself the headache and shop literally anywhere else.

A simple return turned into a nightmare, the process was handled with complete incompetence from start to finish.Representatives ( Joselyn ) were unhelpful, gave conflicting information, and refused give the district manager’s contact or even the store number, calling it “ confidential.” Absolutely unacceptable, never shopping here ( Tyler Mall ) again.
