From the beginning, we were told the process would take 6 weeks and that we would receive a CAD design for approval before the ring was made, followed by mold creation and final production. We agreed to proceed based on that understanding. However, we were never sent a CAD file for approval. Instead, after around 6 weeks, they suddenly delivered a finished ring with a completely different design than what we had discussed and expected. The ring we received was simply not what we asked for. After pointing this out, they agreed to redesign the ring. We then waited an additional 2 weeks, only to be told afterward that the ring design we originally wanted could not be made, something that should have been communicated at the very beginning, not after around 10 weeks of waiting. This entire process showed poor communication, lack of transparency, and a failure to follow their own stated workflow. An engagement ring is a meaningful and time-sensitive purchase, and this experience caused unnecessary stress and wasted time. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a custom engagement ring or a reliable, professional process
