  During a very difficult time in the lives of our family, Kalei and the entire staff at Hockridge Florist treated us with so much compassion, care and professionalism as they created the most beautiful floral arrangements for our family member's memorial service. We are beyond grateful for the patience and kindness shown to us and we would highly recommend their business.

  I agree, I absolutely love this florist! When I contacted Hockridge for a floral arrangement I explained what I was looking for, they listened and customized the order. In addition they were very kind and compassionate to our recent loss in the family. I received excellent customer service and the arrangement was beautiful. I highly recommend this florist!

  Love these ladies always so caring && the flowers are always so stunning && fresh honestly i dont think id ever go to a diffrent shop i travel into town when im not in town just to pick some up for my fiance.. Awsome place to go is all i can say!!

  I ordered with my wife one week before a special event for us a boquet and some roses for a cake with picture of the model that we want the lady she said no problm I will do it but you have to come one day before pick up to check how she will do the job. When the day came the lady send a text message early in the morning to my wife the order was terrible my wife text her back she told her that i dont want some kind of flowers in my boquet and my husband anyway he will come to talk to you later because we have an appiontement to chekck the job and what kind of modifications that she has to do when i want buy my self to the store the lady wasn't there and I had to talk to a another lady she has no information and she gives me some flowers and a bouquet very strange with old flowers and the worse thing she's was getting mad. I said please where is the lady who gives me an appiontement I don't have time she said she want to do delivery. Ok fine I told please take out some flowers for the bouquet and put the one I ordered last week she has no idea about the order. So I called my wife to drive from reverside to explain to the lady how to do it cause she has no idea what's going on this job. The day of pick I was so mad the bouquet was for trash the flowers old. That's was the worst job that I didn't see in my life i will never put my legs in your store again (::::
