First, I would like to commend two of your employees, Gia and Leia. Their professionalism, teamwork, and commitment to providing excellent service were truly impressive. They worked together seamlessly to resolve my issue, and their positive attitudes and problem-solving skills made a difficult situation much easier to handle. However, I was disappointed by the behavior of the manager on duty. Their conduct was unprofessional and showed a lack of respect toward both customers and staff. Their actions undermined the excellent work being done by their team, and created a very poor customer experience. Poor management can significantly impact both employee morale and customer satisfaction.
