- MMMrshDec 28, 20255.0We live 3,000 miles away; we ordered from this Edible Arrangements Shoppe for a sympathy arrangement for a family of our friends in Lake Forest. I presume the proprietor was Ramesh who called to advise that altho they ran out of an item of the order due to the high volume Holiday orders they filled, she would make sure that the arrangement would be added to without charge due to the inconvenience. Who does that??!! Our friends received the order and they were overwhelmed, plus it was delivered on time before the funeral service. This is a GREAT example of excellent customer service; wish we could clone Ramesh for the franchises around NYC. HIGHLY recommend this Edible Arrangements Shoppe!
