  We’ve ordered an anniversary gift for my parents, gift was just OK. Very conservative on the flower bouquet. Unbelievable that they’ve printed a piece of paper with low ink as a greeting card. It looks like a real card online and reality it looks so cheap to see on a piece of paper with low ink. Very disappointed!

  We live 3,000 miles away; we ordered from this Edible Arrangements Shoppe for a sympathy arrangement for a family of our friends in Lake Forest. I presume the proprietor was Ramesh who called to advise that altho they ran out of an item of the order due to the high volume Holiday orders they filled, she would make sure that the arrangement would be added to without charge due to the inconvenience. Who does that??!! Our friends received the order and they were overwhelmed, plus it was delivered on time before the funeral service. This is a GREAT example of excellent customer service; wish we could clone Ramesh for the franchises around NYC. HIGHLY recommend this Edible Arrangements Shoppe!

  ordered from the east coast to a loved one and everything was delivered at a timely manner and looked amazing. Appreciate Rameesh the manager for the honest communication and still getting my order delivered and beautifully made.

  For my anniversary I wanted to get my wife a gift, but I was out of town so I thought to get it delivered. The thing is they calmed they had came to my house twice but looking at the cameras no one actually came. So my anniversary passes and my wife is not the happiest, so like any normal person I ask for a refund. I got my money back, but for my inconvenience they said they would send me a free gift. Well like the other gift it never came.
