  My friend moved to Palm Springs a number of years ago. When he lived back east we always celebrated our January birthdays together. This year, instead of sending a card, I found Rancho Mirage Florists online, and could not be more thrilled with the beautiful arrangement that delivered yesterday for my friends birthday. Here is the picture he sent me.

  It was disappointing to learn that they delivered my mother's Christmas flowers at quarter of ten at night, knocked on the door, didn't call her at the number provided and just left them outside. They remained outdoors overnight. I wrote to their customer service but have not heard back. I understand that it's Christmas time and they're busy, but if they can't serve people properly, maybe they should limit the number of orders they take. I spent over $140 to have flowers delivered at night and left outside. At least the arrangement was well done. I enjoy sending flowers to my Mom. I am searching for another florist in the area.

  Purchased arrangement for mom in hospital. I was told by mom the flowers were incredibly beautiful, that she had never seen anything like it. Patients and nurses where in her room to see the flowers and were taking pictures. The delivery person was engaging and nice.
