Ordered premium roses TWO FULL WEEKS before Valentine’s Day, paid good money, and they delivered at 7:30 PM like it was no big deal. Romantic evening? Ruined. The roses arrived looking like shriveled green marbles—tight closed buds that NEVER opened. Not one. They sat there for days looking pathetic and dead, no color, no fragrance, just expensive trash. Total scam. Called to complain, spoke to Sara who acted like it was my fault for not inspecting them instantly. Said I had only days to report for any refund or replacement—conveniently ignoring I called the second they opened (were not open when I called or they were delivered). Zero accountability, zero apology, zero customer care. They clearly sent old, low-quality stock and hoped no one would notice. This place is a joke. They destroyed Valentine’s Day and wasted my money. Stay far away—go anywhere else. 0/10, never again.

My husband purchased flowers for my birthday (the ones in the top photo) they started looking like this just 3 days after he picked them up! Because I didn't have chance to tell them right away (I talked to them 6 day after pick up) they said there was nothing they could do!?! It wasn't as if I waited 2 weeks to contact them, BTW the supermarket roses in the bottom photo were 2 weeks old when these photos were taken! This arrangement shouldn't look this bad even at 6 days old! We will not be going back!
