  Best fireplace art glass available. So many colors to choose from. The owner Ed is anazing. Always willing to help with your fireplace glass needs. Modurustic is eye candy for the fireplace.

  Wish 0 stars was an option. They deserve all of 0 stars. Called before purchasing fireballs & was assured that there was not any safety issues with using their fireballs in an outdoor fire pit. Kind of even made me feel stupid for asking the question. Made the purchase and used several times before one cracked & had hot pieces of glazed ceramic material flying on our new deck. Luckily my wife & daughter weren't struck by the debris. My new (over 3k sofa) wasn't so lucky. I sent pictures of the damage & spoke with an employee of the company who asked me to send receipts from the purchase & also the damaged couch-which I did the same day. The owner Ed responded to one email asking why I was sending it to him. I explained & asked for him to call me. He never responded to that email or a follow up email or multiple calls. Based on my experience the owner is a jerk that doesn't care about the safety of his products or providing any level of customer service. Good luck to anybody that buys from them despite this & all of the other bad Yelp reviews. Wish I looked on Yelp prior to purchase

  I found modernistic while searching online for firetables and their designed looked very nice. They indicated they could build a custom table for me. I provided pictures and a sketch with dimensions. At this point things began to get odd. After sending the pictures, they responded they could do i but could I send a sketch? This seemed like an innocent error. The owner- Ed suggested we build a cardboard mock up of the table for $125 which would go towards the project. It took about a month and probably 6-8 phone calls to make this actually happen. Usually the person answering the phone had no clue who I was and knew nothing about my order. Sometimes they would say Ed would call me back, but he never did. Finally perhaps 1 month later the cardboard box came. At this point I emailed and phoned them I would like to proceed. Again, the customer service was bad, with calls going unreturned. Marie answered the phone and she is disorganized and distracted. I finally wrote the owner, Ed that if he didn't have time to make it please let me know. At this point he called me back reassuring me he could do it. Unfortunately he sent me a spec with inconsistent dimension and blatant errors. Be careful dealing with this vendor and they will waste lots of your time and potentially cost you alot of money. I was disappointed then he refused to issue me a refund. Also be advised Ed is fairly charismatic just a bad business manager
