- MLMartha LimonJan 19, 20261.0I attempted to return a pair of shoes I had picked up from the Victoria Gardens store. Which, I purchased for my sons Christmas gift . When, I presented a copy of my order number 61370511 with the amount of money I had paid for the shoes and the manager refused to refund my money. She said, since I didn’t have a paper receipt (which I was never given!) I would not be able to get a refund. That I should return them back to the Vans online store. So, I was inconvenienced to go to FedEx print out a return label and purchase a return box for $7.50 to return the shoes. I still have not received any return money for the shoes I returned! Do not pick up any merchandise from this store, because you will get very poor customer service! Rude!
