  I really appreciated how Savannah was patient and really helped me pick out the right bras. I’m a new mommy and learning to love my new body and sometimes seeing the changes is hard. But Savannah was patient and so sweet!!!! I hope she gets the recognition she deserves. Thank you Savannah!

  Came in here to buy a gift card for my mother in law, first time inside this store. It was clean and well organized. Nice selections on women’s clothing and undergarments. I was greeted very nicely and was offered assistance. I ended up getting some nice sunglasses and the gift card. Very nice store overall!

  TERRIBLE management. Read before purchasing!!! Make sure you won’t have to return anything!!! I needed to return two pairs of jeans that were unworn, unwashed and in new condition. One pair had tags attached and one did not. I purchased them 59 days ago but never wore them due to a disliking of the color of the denim therefore, the articles of clothing remained in my room the entire time. Upon attempting to return them, while the staff were very kind, the store manager, Brittany, was very hostile. Brittany refused to accept my return for the pair without tags and claimed I had used them. I was appalled at this blatant accusation as it was defaming my character and was a lie. I asked Brittany to show me where the evidence of usage were because there were no signs of discoloration, fabric distress, folds or anything that would indicate or support that profile. I even offered to exchange for something else especially since I purchased them with my Lane Bryant credit card. Brittany was unwilling to compromise with me and instead resorted to lamenting defamatory language towards me by utilizing demeaning and belittling language and tone. She had me read the store policies in-front of her to which I pointed out that the verbiage used on the policy was not legally binding since it did not explicitly claim tags needed to be on the products in the initial set of rules nor did it mention anything similar on my receipts from a previous purchase. In fact, Lane Bryant’s in-store policies are almost entirely different than what is printed on the receipt which is not okay. It wasn’t until I mentioned my husband being an attorney that she suddenly allowed a “one-time exception” and lamented at me to quickly pick something to exchange for. This treatment is extremely unprofessional and it’s clear that the staff is aware and works under duress of Brittany’s antics and inappropriate actions. This employee is a threat to Lane Bryant’s reputation and possibly even to the mental wellness of her staff, serious action needs to be taken as, consumers of this brand are supposed to be made to feel confident and empowered not humiliated and disrespected.

  I just want to say how pleased I was with my experience in store today. I was helped by a great associate by the name of Alicia she was patient and so helpful throughout my fitting thank you again so much! 😊
