  Lovely customer service. The representatives at this location were so nice and very helpful came shopping for the holidays, all the girls that Work. There were so nice and welcoming Alix was the one that helped me out she was so amazing she helped me style a few pieces my 3hr drive was worth it, Definitely coming back soon.

  Went in to get some jewelry for Christmas. Parker was there and was a huge help and very nice would recommend if you ever go here to ask if Parker is working!

  Love this location!!! Every time I come in, the space is spotless and the vibes are always so welcoming and positive. The girls who work there are incredibly friendly and make you feel comfortable right away. I was honestly shocked when I saw some of the other reviews because my experiences have been nothing but great!

  The Gorjana store at Victoria Gardens in Rancho Cucamonga is not up to par with other locations I have visited. I went to this store to look at a necklace I was interested in purchasing. It was a weekday in the evening and the store had no other customers. I walked in and there were three women standing behind the counter having a conversation with one another. The entire time I was in there looking for the necklace, not one of them approached me, said hello, asked if I needed help, nothing. None of them even acknowledged that I was there. It is really sad that this is the way of customer service for a place like this. I left the store and was so disappointed in that experience that I lost the desire to purchase anything from the store or online.

  Asian people should not go there, they do not welcome Asian people in their store. At 12:0 noon today, I took my child to the store to buy a bracelet. There were two clerks in the store, and the clerk with the shorter stature had a very bad attitude. I said I wanted to buy a bracelet, and she replied 275. I said I wanted try this bracelet, and she continued, bracelet 275, as if we couldn't afford it. I lost interest. I really don't understand how there can be such a service attitude.
