  Very friendly staff. Their weird scan thing actually worked, so this was the first time in a long time that I found jeans that actually fit me.

  So recently, I lost a lot of weight and need to replenish my wardrobe. Like many things in life that can be expensive. I received a couple of coupons and was gonna use those to get some shorts and shirts. The one coupon specifically said off regular priced items. I was going to get some graphic T-shirts and they are all tall. I am not tall. They do not offer standard length. Everything I was looking at was all promotional prices. Even the coupon that did not specify regular priced items only would not work. So basically they sent you a coupon to get you in the store, but then you cannot use that coupon as pretty much everything is promotional pricing and this would be considered Bait and switch . I purchased two pair of shorts and for the first time ever shopping there I did not feel good about spending my hard earned money there. So I gave feedback to the company. I also sent a letter regarding my experience with being able to utilize the coupons. I did let him know that at this moment I feel like I should just make the return and could probably find similar quality clothing at a probably similar better pricing at other retailers. Their actual response was basically to tell me OK make the return and you can go away. They thanked me for my years of loyalty and the purchases I’ve made. The response ended with them, letting me know that if I need further assistance to contact them. Further assistance? I haven’t gotten to any assistance. I reached out about the issues with the coupons and you just tell me if I need help making my returns. They’re there to help me. So when I get from them is that well we got the money we could out of you and you can go away.. so I went into the store tonight and did the return and at first they said they couldn’t do the return because the second pair wasn’t there and they would just do the one return now and they would make sure to follow up with corporate and have corporate do the return and email me. I told him I don’t have any against the employees your corporate never emailed me my confirmation for the order only thing I got was oh look a coupon that I can’t use here anyways my receipt and that’s it. Finally the manager Try to see if the return would go through without the other pair of being there and well what do you know it actually worked. So I emailed customer lack of care and let them know that I did the return reminding them that they can see my purchase history and have been almost 2 years that I last purchased where I used to do it regularly and I was trying to give them the benefit of the doubt and give them the opportunity for me to use them to rebuild my wardrobe. And that this experience was atrocious. I further let them know that it is obvious that they don’t really see their guesses people, but more so as a dollar .

  stopped at the rancho cucamonga store to pick up some polo shirts. they have a decent amount of variations and i was able to find some that fit well. the store is always clean, and the people are always professional and courteous.
