  Love this place! Every time I come here the customer service is wonderful. Staff is friendly and the store is clean. Today Jim from archery helped me and he was very knowledgeable and kind. I will be back to use the range.

  Wired over 1 hour to pick up an online order from the ammo counter. There was only one guy working there while there were employees standing around twiddling their fingers! I have complained with management before but they don’t seem to care . I’ll just have to drive half an hour away to The sportsman warehouse since this place can’t get their shit right

  Try to get customer service over the phone ?! Yea that’s not possible here …. Called 3 times on two separate days to see if they have a product I was looking for .. and instead of help I was met with continuous ringing until the line hangs up . One of the times I heard someone pick up the phone and put it back down

  When I go to Bass Pro shops, I go there to shop around and look for cool things. I didn’t go to Bass Pro shops to be haggled by travel companies that refuse the answer NO and bring the bad side out of me, ruining my bass Pro shop experience. Shame on them for allowing such pathetic marketing inside their store. If you are in Rancho Cucamonga Bass Pro shops and you see a stand set up inside stay away because they are rude people and will ruin your shopping experience. Absolutely shameful. Also, who’s managing this store? Learn how to keep stock of all sizes on your shelves when it’s only 11am on a Saturday.

  Bass Pro Shops is the place to go for all your outdoor needs. Whether you’re into hunting, hiking, fishing, boating, or camping, it really does feel like a one-stop destination with a huge variety of gear and brands under one roof. The store itself is fun to walk around, with large themed displays, boats, and racks of equipment that can easily turn a quick stop into a much longer visit. Beyond equipment, Bass Pro Shops also offers snacks, clothing, footwear, and even in-store restaurants or food counters in many locations, which makes it easy to spend more time (and money) there than planned. Prices can range from reasonable to high, so it’s smart to keep an eye out for sales, promotions, and clearance deals, especially on big-ticket items. When you can find the right staff member, some departments have very knowledgeable and friendly employees who can help you choose the right gear for your needs. On the downside, customer service can be hit or miss, particularly during busy hours when it may be hard to find help or get questions answered quickly. Patience is sometimes required, and online orders or returns can occasionally be more frustrating than they should be. Overall, though, Bass Pro Shops is still a solid stop for anyone who enjoys the outdoor lifestyle and likes browsing a wide selection of gear in a big, immersive store.
