Most recent visit had the most unhelpful staff on Wednesday. The only nice person was the door greeter.
I was looking for a bib to go snowboarding and I was wandering the store looking for it clearly looking lost. I made eye contact with about 7 employees and before I could even ask, they would immediately would turn around. Either continue talking to their teammates or go back to folding clothes. Throughout the entire time I was in there, not one person asked if I needed any help.
I understand I could’ve gone up to someone and asked, but it became comical that I was blatantly being dismissed.
Not only that, there was one cashier the entire time. The line extended so far back and everyone was pissed it was taking so long and not one other employee came on to help.

I purchased my Tracker Super Guide V16 SC and it was a pretty painless experience if you have credit and 10% down. I did everything from my phone at home and only had to go up to Tracker to sign paperwork when I picked up the boat. Also, the larger swimbait choice was pretty disappointing. I was hoping to find more large glide baits or larger plastic swimbaits. They have everything else but if your looking for bigger swimbaits it's kind of a bust.

I visited Bass Pro Shops expecting a smooth pickup experience, especially after receiving an email notification confirming my order was ready. Unfortunately, after traveling to the store, I was told in person that I could not receive my order after all.
What was most frustrating was the lack of support. Instead of staff checking their system for alternatives or offering solutions, I was told to look for a replacement on my own—something that could have easily been done by an employee with access to the system right in front of them.
Overall, it felt like more attention was given to appearances than to actual customer service. For a store of this size and reputation, I expected better communication and a more customer-focused experience.

Recently bought a traeger pellet grill and I had a bad experience. First the employees are super rude. Not welcoming and it looks like they don’t even want to help you at all. However the worker that helped me apply for the credit card was very informative and helpful, everyone else was horrible. I ended up buying the display model and it was missing the knob and they didn’t want to give me a discount and at the end they gave me 5 percent off. However before walking out the noticed the knob was in the grill so they removed the 5 percent discount. Now today I picked up the grill and the meat probe is missing and I’m trying to call non stop but no answer. This will be my last time doing business with this company.

The ammo counter is extremely slow and inefficient. Each time I have been to the Bass Pro in Ranco Cucamonga, it has taken at least an 1 & 1/2 hours just to purchase ammo, even with online purchase pickup. Many of the employees working the ammo counter look defeated and unengaged. On one occasion an employee told me he isn't going to sell me ammunition because it's almost closing time and if I have a problem with it I should take it up with the manager. Turner’s and other ammo retailers might have higher prices but they respect you as a customer and process purchases in an efficient manner. In addition, the location is easily losing ammo and guns sales to the tune of several hundred dollars a day due to long and discouraging wait times. I here alot of overtime is being paid because sometimes a manager will force employees to process customers in line before closing. Whoever is in charge of the gun and ammo counters should be fired.
