- CCChristopheJun 6, 20261.0Jai reçu une paire de bottes pour mon anniversaire, étant trop petit, jy suis retourné pour un échange pour qu'ils me disent qu'ils n'ont pas la grandeur en magasin. Après avoir recu les nouvelles bottes, elles n'ont pas duré 1 an et quand j'y suis retourné, le service a la clientèle était très sec et peu courtois et n'honore pas la garantie de satisfaction ni de qualité d'un an. Je n'achèterai plus d'items de cette marque désormais.

Nous nous sommes présentés pour une question concernant des souliers endommagés, puis la réponse reçue fut très décevante de la part du magasin. De plus, je crois que les politiques de garantie pour les chaussures devraient être davantage expliquées lors de l'achat. En bref, très déçue du service reçu, c'est un magasin que j'apprécie beaucoup, mais je n'y retournerai plus malheureusement.

I just want to caution wearers that the hooks are a bit wide and got caught on my other boot lace. I tripped and cracked my rib. I took some pliers to squeeze them more tight. I wish I had bought the Velcro closure snow sneakers. Next time I will.
