- ERElaine RobbOct 4, 20265.0I had a wonderful experience at Sunglass Hut in Pointe-Claire. The sales associate was friendly, patient, knowledgeable and genuinely took the time to make sure I was completely satisfied and that I chose the right pair of Ray-Ban sunglasses. I never felt rushed or pressured, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The manager was also very helpful, and it was really nice to see the camaraderie between her and the associate. They worked so well together and created a very welcoming atmosphere. Excellent customer service from beginning to end. I’m very happy with my Ray-Bans and truly appreciated the care and attention I received. 😎
