  Shopped at this store once and bought a tote as a gift. Had to return and get the larger version and Alina was amazing. Kind and very efficient and such a nice experience that I had to put a review in. The store is small but the staff were so very helpful and nice and this made my instore shopping experience an extremely pleasant one. Highly recommend either this location! Thank you again Alina!!

  Abysmal customer service. We purchase a bag from this shop that became discoloured from water. We asked for some relief and the immediate response from the three salespeople was to blame us. “You must have put it down somewhere.” This is bye standard of service. Blame the customer when your overpriced inferior quality products fail.
