  I went looking for Sunglasses Hut in the Eaton Centre, but since there is no directory anywhere to help shoppers locate stores, I was unable to find the store and left.

  Terrible customer service —very disappointed I bought Versace sunglasses, Meta glasses, and another pair from Sunglass Hut last November. The nut on my Versace sunglasses went missing, and this simple issue has turned into a complete nightmare. I went to the Royalmount store three times. Every time there was an excuse — first the manager wasn’t there, then they put the wrong-size nut that fell out again, and later they promised to order the correct one and call me. They never called. I even went back a third time, and they claimed they had called me, which is not true. They took my part number AGAIN and promised to call within a week. It has now been two weeks with absolutely no update. Three wasted trips, wasted fuel, wasted time, and still no solution. This is completely unacceptable and extremely unprofessional. I expected much better after buying multiple pairs from this company.

  Fantastic CUSTOMER SERVICE and a big shout out to Mohammed! He was fantastic. Gave us great advice and very happy with our purchases. Bacci, the Italians!!!

  Je suis allée pour des nouvelles lunettes de soleil le 12 juillet et en arrivant il y avait 3 employés assis en arrière du comptoir en regardant leur téléphone. Aucun ne m’a dit bonjour ou demandé si j’avais besoin d’aide. Il n’y avait pas d’autres clients dans la boutique. J’ai fini par quitter. Je ne peux pas qualifier cela de mauvais service mais plutôt de service inexistant.

  I went to the store at 10:05 am EST and again at 11:20 am EST and the store was closed. The website and Google Maps says the store opens at 10 am. This is on July 2nd 2026 My plan was to pick up the sunglasses I ordered online that were shipped to the store. Is the store supposed to be open or is the website and Google Maps wrong?
