The white female staff member wearing a grey top at Lululemon this Sunday afternoon was unwilling to assist with the Quality Promise process. She did not even take a proper look and seemed to be trying to dismiss the return request. I am very disappointed with this level of customer service, as it no longer matches the brand’s original promise of quality and warranty support. This Eaton center staff in-store were generally unhelpful and unwilling to assist. If the owner sees this, please contact me.

She was patient, understanding and proposed numerous options to make it work. Amazing management from her!
