- LCLyu Chang3 days ago1.0So disappointed, My pants got loose thread, I think it’s not within 1 year guarantee , but obviously it’s the quality issue, since I take care of each of my clothes carefully. So I would like to have some assistance about how to fix that pants even if I can’t replace it. They requested to see if I bought it from there, I gave them my email address, and they say they can’t see my pants purchase history from their end in their computer. I explained to them I am very sure I used same email every time , and they don’t believe it. After I come back, I logged into my account, I clearly see my order in my account purchase history. I felt so angry, obviously it’s their technical issue, and the customer service was so poor, they don’t want to help solve the issue at all!!! No wonder their stock price kept dropping. I won’t buy anything from Lululemon anymore.
