  Super expérience! Ma conjointe et moi avons vraiment adoré notre passage en boutique. Si vous voulez un conseiller aussi passionné par sa clientèle que par l'horlogerie, demandez Mark ! Il connaît son sujet sur le bout des doigts, prend vraiment le temps et rend l’experience très chaleureuse.

  Service hors pair! 5 étoiles n'est pas assez. J'y suis aller avec mon mari sur rv samedi dernier, 18-07-26 pour une montre et le vendeur Ludovic est tellement professionel, super sympathique et exceptionel. Tout le personel est acceuillant. Nous avons déjà été propriétaire de commerce et Ludovic serait un employé recherché. Il n'existe plus ce genre de service client malheureusement alors BRAVO!!!

  Just picked up a watch from Château d'Ivoire and the experience was every bit as memorable as the piece itself. The entire team is warm, patient, and genuinely happy to be part of the moment, never any pressure and never rushed. Rachel in particular went above and beyond. She stayed on top of everything, kept me in the loop the whole way through, and made the entire process effortless. Service this personal is rare. It's the reason I'll be back.   J’ai eu une très belle expérience chez Château d’Ivoire, même si je n’ai pas effectué d’achat ce jour-là. Je suis passé pendant ma pause dîner pour exprimer mon intérêt pour quelques montres et j’ai été chaleureusement accueilli par Ludovic. Il connaît très bien les montres et nous avons eu un très bel échange entre deux passionnés d’horlogerie. Il a été incroyablement sympathique et honnête, prenant le temps de m’expliquer le processus d’achat et de répondre à toutes mes questions. À aucun moment je ne me suis senti pressé — j’ai simplement été très bien accompagné. Il est rare de recevoir un service aussi attentif et transparent sans effectuer d’achat, et cela m’a laissé une excellente impression. Merci, Ludovic, d’avoir rendu ma visite si agréable. Au plaisir de revenir bientôt !

  Great service, from the day we walked in “just to have a look”, to the order and the service provided up until we purchased the watch. Really satisfied with Rachel, she took time, followed up without any pressure and made sure we were aware of the delay for order.
