  I have just come out of the Chanel store in downtown Montreal. I will never buy another pair of shoes from them. In fact I will probably never buy a pair of Chanel shoes. Like other people have mentioned in their comments I bought a pair of $2500 shoes. I brought them home and walked around inside to make sure I could walk properly in the heel height. As it was not the case, I decided to return them not for a refund, but for a credit. The answer I got is because the underside was not perfect they could not take them back. In my house, I had only walked around with them for a couple of minutes in my bedroom, which has carpet and wood floors. I immediately realized that I would not be comfortable wearing them.Then why do they give you a 14 day period to return something. The saleslady claims that all clients are warned before leaving the store to only wear them on carpet. Neither my friend nor I heard such a comment. Do they think people will take a pair of shoes and put them on the shelf for two weeks before deciding if they want to change them? Chanel will learn that in this day and age, that kind of attitude will have them lose clients.

  Très grosse déception. Je me suis fié aux avis positifs et j’ai acheté directement le grand format pour être tranquille, en pensant investir dans une valeur sûre. Après un mois d’essai, je regrette amèrement cet achat. Pour un parfum à 280 $, je m’attendais à une vraie signature, plus de puissance et plus de caractère. Malheureusement, Bleu de Chanel EDP n'est vraiment pas dutout convainquant et l’écart entre la réputation du produit et mon expérience est énorme. Avec le recul, j’aurais dû rester sur mon Yves Saint Laurent, qui était une vraie valeur sûre pour moi. Je regrette amèrement de ne pas l’avoir racheté. A vendre pour 100 $ a qui sa intéresse , c'est sur market place .

  horrible experience jai voulu rentrer et la dame ma clairement juger en me disant que la boutique etais pleine mais ne semblait simplement pas interresser par ma presence

  Very disappointing experience at the Chanel store. The staff barely acknowledge you and seem uninterested unless you practically beg for assistance. I ended up having to ask security to get someone to help me, which is honestly embarrassing for a luxury boutique. The manager doesn’t care at all about improving the customer experience at this store. If she did, the staff would be more attentive and the overall atmosphere wouldn’t feel so dismissive and unwelcoming. One employee gave me their card and said they would follow up, but of course I never heard back despite reaching out multiple times. For a brand that prides itself on luxury and customer service, this experience felt cold, unprofessional, and unwelcoming.
