  I originally visited Balenciaga looking for a fragrance that felt truly unique and out of the ordinary, and Jean-Michel helped me find exactly that. His service was exceptional from start to finish. I absolutely fell in love with the perfumes. The scents are sophisticated, distinctive, and unforgettable. Everywhere I go, people compliment me and ask what fragrance I’m wearing. A truly luxurious experience thanks to Jean-Michel and the team!

  The staff is lovely at this location! They really take their time to make you feel welcome without any pressure. The SA Jing in particular was very helpful in searching for items I was interested in.

  Amazing store I enjoyed this experience visiting the Balenciaga store in Montreal,very nice service and amazing hospitality, I’ll be definitely visiting the balenciaga store again very pleased
