  I was downtown and decided to take my nieces out for a little shopping. Alo was our stop, and Roberto was our salesperson. From the moment we arrived, Roberto was fantastic. He was informative, knowledgeable about the products, and genuinely helpful, all while maintaining a great sense of humour — especially while assisting two teenagers! What really stood out was his exceptional customer service. He was patient, attentive, and never made us feel rushed or pressured. He took the time to answer our questions, listened to what we were looking for, and offered thoughtful suggestions without being pushy. He created such a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere and made sure everyone felt comfortable and included. His professionalism, personality, and genuine interest in helping us made the experience memorable. Thank you, Roberto, for making our shopping experience such a pleasure. Excellent service from start to finish!

  Nothing like walking into the store at 8:30 and being told by every sales person they’re closing soon (let me clarify they close at 9:00). Even though I knew what I wanted to buy, I will take my money and spend it elsewhere… hello Lululemon!
