Nice store with easy parking. It’s mostly self-serve, and I didn’t have anyone come by to help me during my last visit/purchase, but honestly, I didn’t mind. The products are good enough that you don’t really need much assistance. Overall, a good shopping experience.

Inacceptable!!

not only is the service in this location absolutely awful, the quality of the clothes for the price point is horrendous. Significantly better quality at Lululemon and arguably even Nike is better than this garbage. I have 2 pairs of ALO sweapants, both have lost the drawstring end caps after 1 wash.

First time visiting the Royalmount store and, unfortunately, a very disappointing experience. The staff were rude, unhelpful, and seemed completely uninterested in assisting customers. The service was a stark contrast to the Sainte-Catherine location, where the team is always professional, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. I’ll definitely be returning to the Sainte-Catherine store instead.

On m’a refusé l’échange catégoriquement.
