  First time visiting the Royalmount store and, unfortunately, a very disappointing experience. The staff were rude, unhelpful, and seemed completely uninterested in assisting customers. The service was a stark contrast to the Sainte-Catherine location, where the team is always professional, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. I’ll definitely be returning to the Sainte-Catherine store instead.

  Expérience extrêmement décevante chez Alo. Ma femme m’a acheté un t-shirt avec une carte cadeau que j’avais moi-même payée. Le lendemain seulement, je suis retourné au magasin pour échanger le même t-shirt contre une autre couleur, sans demander de remboursement ni de crédit supplémentaire. On m’a refusé l’échange catégoriquement. Résultat : je me retrouve avec un t-shirt que je ne porterai probablement jamais et qui va rester au fond de ma garde-robe. J’ai du mal à comprendre comment une entreprise peut offrir un service aussi peu flexible pour une demande aussi simple, effectuée moins de 24 heures après l’achat. Perdre un client fidèle pour un simple changement de couleur n’est pas une très bonne stratégie commerciale. Pour ma part, c’était ma première visite chez Alo et ce sera certainement la dernière. Je n’y remettrai plus les pieds et je ne recommanderai pas cette enseigne à mon entourage.

  ❌️❌️TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE - AVOID THIS BRANCH. Honestly one of the worst retail experiences I’ve had. The staff were rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. They make you feel unwelcome the moment you walk in. I first asked an employee to check for a small hoodie; she said she would look, then completely ignored me. Later, in the fitting room, I asked another employee for medium leggings in brown and grey. She immediately claimed they didn’t exist, which was incredibly frustrating because I had seen them myself before entering. I ended up going out and finding TWO medium brown leggings and one grey on the floor myself. ❌️Management needs serious improvement; this level of service is unacceptable for a brand like Alo. I highly recommend shopping at the Sainte-Catherine location—where the staff is actually professional—or just ordering online to avoid wasting time at this branch.

  Went to Alo and finally bought something which was the black accolade full zip hoodie and the experience was great, employees were really helpful in regard to finding the size I wanted and trying it on. Highly recommend buying something there, the brand and their clothes are surreal and are absolutely worth the hype. Can’t wait to buy something else from them in the nearby future.
