Extremely rude and lazy employees. One of them, Kiara, openly insulted and yelled at my wife and kids! Never seen anything like this before. It’s totally unacceptable to treat customers this way.

I would like to express my disappointment with the customer service I received from Kiara at Ralph Lauren. I was shocked. While I was simply trying to make a payment, I was met with a terrible attitude and an unprofessional manner. The interaction was unpleasant and completely unnecessary, especially when all I expected was basic courtesy and respect as a customer. Customer service plays a huge role in the overall shopping experience, and unfortunately, this interaction left a very negative impression of Ralph Lauren. Employees who treat customers this way should seriously reconsider whether customer service is the right role for them. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the situation appropriately.

Kyli was outstanding and made my shopping experience memorable. Her knowledge of Polo products in particular the Purple line was impressive. Her professionalism, courtesy and friendly nature is what customer service is all about.

I went to this store in Mirabel premium outlets for the first time to cash canadian 145 dollars virtual gift coupon. Also, I had received 30 % off discounted email from Polo Ralph Lauren. Spending almost an hour in the store, I couldn't find a single useful clothing item to utilize 30 % discount plus $ 145 virtual gift coupon because their prices were at least three times more expensive than Ralph lauren outlets in America, after taking into consideration the dollar exchange rate. For example, a simple denim men's long sleeve shirt was for 350 canadian dollars and with Quebec tax it was almost canadian dollars 400. Who would spend four hundred dollars to buy a simple denim shirt? Frustrated with my visit, and with sky high prices for an outlet store, I decided to buy a rain jacket. The summer has almost passed, but it was at its full price. Believe me, after deducting 30 % from the original price they charge about 30 dollars on the remaining amount, and then they deducted $ 145 gift card. After all these deductions, I still paid dollars seventy from my pocket. It's a highway robbery. I felt cheated and promised myself never ever to visit this store. At almost same price you can get Ralph lauren clothing from Simon's in Montreal. DON'T EVER GO TO RALPH LAUREN OUTLET IN MIRABEL PREMIUM OUTLETS QUEBEC IN THE HOPE OF GETTING A GREAT DEAL.
