  Refused to honor a shipping discount when exchanging an item that was ordered online (my size was unavailable in-store). Couldn't get support before the sale on the item expired so had to pay full price for shipping on what was supposed to be an exchange. Shameful and dishonest practice.

  Great customer service! Although it can take a while to get help in shoes dept... they are very kind. Our experience is 5 stars due to the manager. He exceeds my expectations and experiences of customer service. He quickly sorted out a price discrepancy and honored the best price. Usually, you can get alot of pushback from stores amd employees in this situation but he handled it with the customers best interest! Smart for him as we now will be choosing this sports store over any others! Thanks again for the great service 🙂
