The young man who's name was Harout was a Godsend. He was incredibly patient with me and was extremely knowledgable when it came to shoes. I have a trip coming up and I really appreciated his honesty considering that my trip will require a LOT of walking. He could describe every sneaker like the back of his hand. His attention to detail was impeccable and should be noticed as well as praised. I've never felt more seen by an employee during a shopping experience. Will for sure come back here for any other purchase considering they have everything!! Thank you Harout. Employees like you are appreciated.

I purchased a pair of North Face shoes from Sporting Life in May for daily commuting use. After only about 3.5 months of normal daily wear, the outsole was significantly worn down and a hole had formed through the interior heel lining, exposing the foam. This caused ongoing knee and foot pain due to loss of cushioning and support. I contacted customer care with photos and my receipt, requesting a refund or store credit, given how quickly the shoes deteriorated under completely normal use. My claim was denied and dismissed as "normal wear and tear," even though the timeframe and damage clearly point to a quality or durability defect, not misuse. The customer support experience here was genuinely poor dismissive responses, no real investigation, and no willingness to stand behind the products they sell. If you're spending real money on gear expecting it to last, I'd think carefully before buying from Sporting Life. Based on my experience, I would not recommend shopping here, and I'd encourage others to be cautious.

Ordered a bike accessory because it said they had online only. Send me email saying order being processed. 4 days later, receive order cancelled with no reason. Thank you for charging my credit card for no reason and making me waste my time. If you don't have item in stock your website should not charge the credit card and order should not be accepted.
