  J’habite à 50 minutes d’ici, et j’ai acheté un vélo ici hier. Je suis revenu le lendemain pour le récupérer après le réglage… mais une fois rentré à la maison, le dérailleur arrière ne fonctionne pas. Je ne sais pas ce que le mécanicien a fait. J’ai payé 1300 $, et le vélo n’est même pas correctement réglé. Je suis très déçu.

  Harout made this easily the best shoe shopping experience I’ve had. He gave me the space to try on shoes for as long as I needed without making me feel rushed, but still checked in at the perfect times to see if I needed anything. I came in with a list of shoes I wanted to try, but I also asked him for his personal recommendation for a Saucony pair. After trying different shoes for about half an hour, his recommendation ended up being my favourite. The second I put them on, I knew they were the ones I was buying. His service was so good that I actually had to ask him for his name because I knew his excellent work had to be praised through a review. Great guy, amazing service, and he really knows how to help without bugging you.

  I had a great experience at the sports store thanks to Lina. She was friendly, approachable, and really knew her products well. She took the time to understand what I was looking for and gave helpful suggestions without being pushy. Her positive attitude made the whole shopping experience smooth and enjoyable. I truly appreciate her patience and professionalism—definitely someone who makes customers want to come back!
