L’opticien a prit le temps pour bien prendre les mesures. Alors c’est parfait. La commande est arrivé rapidement (6-7 jours). Les prix sont vraiment bon.

Il y a pourtant trois vendeurs présents, mais aucun opticien disponible pour s’occuper des clients. C’est bien de vendre des lunettes, mais il faudrait également assurer un service à la hauteur du prix que l’on paie. Je trouve cette situation vraiment décevante et le service manque clairement de considération pour le client.

The employee listed on my receipt, Klelian, was unfriendly from the moment I approached. She didn't smile or make any effort to welcome customers, gave very short and dismissive answers to my questions, and seemed unwilling to help. I was looking for guidance in order to buy 2 pairs of sunglasses for my brothers and expected someone to explain the available options, but instead I felt rushed and unsupported. Good customer service is about making customers feel valued, and unfortunately that was not my experience. I hope management addresses this, as it does not reflect the level of service I would expect from Ray-Ban.
