Vêtements à la mode. Visuellement appréciables. J’aimerais par contre qu’ils durent plus longtemps!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE DO NOT COME TO THIS STORE I went to return an item that did not fit me they did not even try to understand the situation and told me its used when its not and completely refused to return it and the staff is very unprofessional and not nice they are cold and not helpful at all. This is unacceptable for an establishment like this!!! The manager herself was not helpful so if you think of buying hereDO NOT you won’t be able to return your items if something goes wrong!

My experience here was really bad. My mother who has an italian name placed an order and asked me to come pick it up for her. She called customer service to ask them, they said its fine. I am mixed and felt the racism from the manager. I go to give the information she says ok good comes back with the package and then the manager told me i needed ID. but she didnt ask anyone else and Ive already picked up in the past without. They just needed the order number and name. It felt very hostile and when i asked for explanation she just said thats the rules in canada

Un très bon service rapide pour l’échange d’une paire de souliers! Merci spécialement à Tatiana de m’avoir servi. ☺️
