  My experience here was really bad. My mother who has an italian name placed an order and asked me to come pick it up for her. She called customer service to ask them, they said its fine. I am mixed and felt the racism from the manager. I go to give the information she says ok good comes back with the package and then the manager told me i needed ID. but she didnt ask anyone else and Ive already picked up in the past without. They just needed the order number and name. It felt very hostile and when i asked for explanation she just said thats the rules in canada

  Expérience déplorable. Service à la clientèle inexistant. Les employées nous ont regardés de travers sans nous accueillir ni nous demander si nous avions besoin d'aide. Les employées riaient entre elles et j'ai dû les interrompre pour pouvoir payer. Une formation au service à la clientèle serait nécessaire. Peut-être qu'un rappel sur les bases du savoir-vivre ne ferait pas de tort non plus !

  Alo Yoga — Disappointing Experience I really wanted to like this Alo Yoga location, but the experience was extremely disappointing. The store has a premium look and premium prices, but the customer service did not match at all. The staff seemed disengaged and uninterested, with very little effort made to help customers. Several people were walking around holding multiple items, clearly needing assistance, yet no one offered help, guidance, or even a fitting room. The staff totally has no training in customer service and just disinterested. Compared to Lulu night and day. I normally spend around $600–$700 per month at Lululemon, so Alo had a real opportunity to earn a loyal customer. Unfortunately, this visit did the opposite. For a brand positioned as high-end, the service felt careless and unprofessional. I left feeling that customers were more of an inconvenience than a priority. I’ll be sticking with Lululemon. Alo Yoga lost what could have been a great customer.

  Les employés se croient pour des rois et sont hautains. Le vendeur a fait de la grossophobie en passant un commentaire très déplacé. C’était inadéquat et méchant.
