The manager, Winston, placed an online order for me, and I never received the product. When I returned to the store to follow up and ask for help, Winston was completely unhelpful and shockingly unprofessional. Instead of taking any responsibility or even attempting to check on the order, he told me to “file a police report.” Seriously? No tracking info, no refund, no solution — just a dismissive attitude and no effort to resolve the issue. I left feeling completely ignored and disrespected. If this is how they treat paying customers, I strongly suggest shopping elsewhere. You deserve better than this.

She refused to take macys sunglass hut coupon and told me to order online even though she had the item on hand. I also work for Macy's, but leased department associates think they can do whatever with their customers just because their managers are hard to find to complaint. AVOID SUNGLASS HUT!!!!!
