  Maria and Jill were so helpful picking out my sunglasses for my San Diego trip. I want to personally apologize for taking a while to write this review but it's better late than never. Again, thank you those two for ascending the aesthetic of my outfits for my trip. - William

  I drove out specifically to initiate a return, only to be turned away and told to come back on Friday because “only the manager can process returns for AI glasses.” After reading other customer reviews, it’s obvious I’m not the only one who’s been told this. What kind of policy does Sunglass Hut have that enables—or even incentivizes—staff to obstruct legitimate returns and effectively scam customers out of their right to return products?

  The service is more than excellent, and the lady is soooo nice! My glasses (a different brand) need a new screw, and the lady just did it for me for free. I didn't even get my glasses from her store at all. Thank you so much!
