- LGLiz GonzalezFeb 1, 20261.0The lady with the blonde curry hair was not very helpful, i was trying to do a return for store credit and she didn’t even look at the jacket and was saying i need it to be in its packaging, and it was only tried on and it had the tags still which she didn’t even bother checking . Bad store do not go there, not welcoming and on welcoming to other customers.😐😠

You can show them what your app and email explicitly states the in-store is supposed to do and they will still deny you. They will offer getting the manager to appear as being helpful when the manager doesn't even want to come to speak to you directly. When she finally did, she just reiterated what the employee said and didn't offer any other real help. I frequent the Walnut Creek location and I came here because I was in the area... I will stick to going WC in Broadway Plaza instead for in-store services.

One staff member, an Asian girl, was rude and unwelcoming, and her behavior made me feel uncomfortable when I asked questions.
