Worst location imo. Your membership benefits of being a Collective Pinnacle will not be honored here. You can show them what your app and email explicitly states the in-store is supposed to do and they will still deny you. They will offer getting the manager to appear as being helpful when the manager doesn't even want to come to speak to you directly. When she finally did, she just reiterated what the employee said and didn't offer any other real help. I frequent the Walnut Creek location and I came here because I was in the area... I will stick to going WC in Broadway Plaza instead for in-store services.

As a Collective Pinnacle that shops here a lot, the customer service is always amazing and friendly! Definitely recommend this location!!! During my visit, Lauren was my educator and she was truly amazing and helpful.

The customer service that my nieces and I received from Martin and Megan was exceptional! They both went above and beyond to find the products we were looking for. Greeted immediately, friendly, very knowledgeable about the products.

The customer service at this Lululemon location was very poor. One staff member, an Asian girl, was rude and unwelcoming, and her behavior made me feel uncomfortable when I asked questions.
Lululemon products are great, but the in-store customer service at this location needs improvement.
