  My lovely daughter ordered these cupcakes for my birthday. The gift was delivered to my home and what I received looked nothing like a properly prepared or carefully packaged product. The frosting was smeared, toppings were messy, and overall presentation was sloppy and unappealing (see photo). For a business that specializes in gift-quality desserts, this fell far below expectations. I hope the store improves their quality control and packaging.

  I ordered a big fruit arrangement and flowers for a friend who had surgery, $252 for the order to be delivered. The order didn't deliver when scheduled and they I did not even get the curtesy of a call. I found out after asking my friend if she got it. I called the next day and actually got a person on the phone who told me it will deliver that day, without a doubt. The order still did not deliver and again, I was not called or notified. After repeatedly calling and getting no answer, I left a VM cancelling the order. It delivered late the next day. No call back, nothing at all from the store. Had I looked at the reviews for this location first, I would not have ordered from them because clearly they are terrible. I would NEVER order from this place again.

  I went out to get the newspaper Thursday morning (my birthday) and noticed a bag on my porch. It was a bouquet from Edible Arrangements and the delivery date was the day before. I brought it inside and opened it and immediately smelled that the fruit was going bad from sitting out overnight. I was home all day Wednesday. If the delivery driver had made any attempt to knock or ring my doorbell, I would have heard. I do not understand how you can leave fresh produce on someone's porch on a warm day and not have the basic sense to try to let them know it's there. Even if I hadn't been home, my phone number was on the delivery slip. It would have taken 30 seconds to call and say there was food on my porch that needed to come inside asap. This should have been a nice birthday surprise, but instead I'm left feeling horrible that my friend spent at least $50 for me to waste a lot of food and throw it in my compost bin. I left feedback on the website and received an email saying I would get a response within 48 hours, but haven't heard a word. I can't believe this place stays in business.

  I bought a chocolate strawberry arrangement for my mom for Mother’s Day and explicitly left delivery instructions to ring the doorbell and hand the arrangement to someone, as these were perishable goods. I asked my dad to stay home all day and he didn’t hear the doorbell ring. When he went outside to do yard work, he noticed the delivery just sitting in the sun on our porch (80 degree weather). By the time my mom received it, the chocolate and the strawberries were not good anymore. When I emailed and called to let them know, no one responded or picked up. I have called multiple times and they never answer. To say the least, I will never be ordering from this company again. Very unprofessional and non-customer-oriented.
