- VBVina BMar 6, 20261.0I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Edible Arrangements. My boyfriend placed an order for pickup at 6:00 PM yesterday. The store’s posted closing time is 7:00 PM, so he arrived early at 5:30 PM only to find the establishment completely closed. He immediately contacted customer service and was told the employee had to leave due to an emergency. While emergencies happen and that’s understandable, what is not acceptable is the complete lack of communication and resolution afterward. He asked if someone could go to the store to fulfill the order or if he could receive a refund. The representative assured him that the manager would contact him shortly. No one ever reached out. So he was left without his order, without any follow-up, and without a refund. That is extremely poor customer service. If a store closes unexpectedly, there should be a clear plan in place to contact customers with pending orders and resolve the issue immediately. He will now have to go back to the store , just to try to get a refund. If this issue is not resolved promptly, he will be forced to dispute the charge with his bank and escalating the matter further. I simply expect the refund for an order that was never fulfilled.

The frosting was smeared, toppings were messy, and overall presentation was sloppy and unappealing (see photo). For a business that specializes in gift-quality desserts, this fell far below expectations. I hope the store improves their quality control and packaging.
