  Caitlyn the manager here was super nice and helpful by assisting me with locating an item in the store over the phone. She went above and beyond and I’m so excited for my dress. Her level of service and attention to detail from her and here team was outstanding. Thanks caitlyn!

  Reading the recent reviews of the return process at this Nordstrom Rack makes me feel better. At least I know it wasn't personal! I returned two pair of shoes on Saturday. I had been sent the items on Thursday, and neither pair of shoes fit me. I tried them on in my home and then immediately re-boxed them, taking the time to put all of the paper and cardboard an inserts back into the shoes neatly. I waited in a massive line, and went up to greet the cashier. I said hello and I had two returns. She didn't say anything back to me other than "Order number". I gave her that, and she opened the first box of shoes. She took the shoes out of the tissue paper and asked me if I wore them. I said no, both shoes didn't fit. She sighed, rolled her eyes and threw the box aside. She then looked at the second pair while typing in the computer. Then she went back to the first pair, and started examining the bottom of the shoes again and sighing and shaking her head. I said "I promise you, I didn't wear the shoes-the are almost a full size too big for me." She didn't speak to me, just more head shaking and sighing. I felt embarrased, but knew I hadn't done anything wrong. If the shoes were scuffed on the bottom, they were not scuffed by me--but these shoes looked literally brand new! I have no idea what she was going on about. She finally printed a receipt, and handed it to me without saying a word. She never said thank you or gave me any kind of greeting. I had planned on shopping that day, but I felt terrible and unwelcome and just left instead. Is this what we call customer service now? Perhaps they need a dedicated return center with someone more specialized in returns. I did call the manager and spoke with her about the cashier's behavior, and she was very polite and apologized for the rude behavior. I have never called a store in my life to complain, but this was too much. Hopefully they will work on their customer service training.
