- CMCody MorrisonFeb 15, 20262.0My daughter almost peed on the floor. The security officer told me he wasn't allowed to give me the bathroom code (which is nuts) and he paged someone. My 5 year old is holding it the best she can and he finally comes over and unlocks it for us. I asked why he couldn't have just given me the code instead of making my daughter wait...he said his manager told him not to give out the code. Dude. Is this area of town that bad or is this store just garbage.

The order was for a gift so I went to the store to see if the staff could provide a replacement box or even just a lid. They offered to pack it in a different box or if I could find a matching lid, then I could use it. With help from Brenda, the store manager, I was able to finally receive a replacement box. Thanks so much to Brenda! 5 stars to her!!
- MVMike VossOct 18, 20252.0Went to the Concord store to buy a pair of New Balance 608’s. They were $10 more than Amazon who could deliver them to me the next day. I asked the manager for a price match and was told they do not price match 3rd party retailers. This is exactly why big box retailers are going away. If you don’t compete, you will be non-existent soon. I can wait until tomorrow to save $10. See ya DSW. My family won’t be back. Past customers lost over $10.
