The order was for a gift so I went to the store to see if the staff could provide a replacement box or even just a lid. They offered to pack it in a different box or if I could find a matching lid, then I could use it. With help from Brenda, the store manager, I was able to finally receive a replacement box. Thanks so much to Brenda! 5 stars to her!!

I asked the manager for a price match and was told they do not price match 3rd party retailers. This is exactly why big box retailers are going away. If you don’t compete, you will be non-existent soon. I can wait until tomorrow to save $10. See ya DSW. My family won’t be back. Past customers lost over $10.

The store is very disorganized and very messy shoes everywhere on the sales floor and empty shoe boxes. DO NOT COME HERE. The only ones that helped me were Rochelle and Rae. If i could I would give it 0 stars!
