  Love to shop their clearance to save money on expensive shoes. Love the selection. I come twice a month or more. Love good finds!

  My daughter almost peed on the floor. The security officer told me he wasn't allowed to give me the bathroom code (which is nuts) and he paged someone. My 5 year old is holding it the best she can and he finally comes over and unlocks it for us. I asked why he couldn't have just given me the code instead of making my daughter wait...he said his manager told him not to give out the code. Dude. Is this area of town that bad or is this store just garbage.

  Received boots from DSW after placing an online order. When I received the package, the box came with no lid! The order was for a gift so I went to the store to see if the staff could provide a replacement box or even just a lid. They offered to pack it in a different box or if I could find a matching lid, then I could use it. With help from Brenda, the store manager, I was able to finally receive a replacement box. Thanks so much to Brenda! 5 stars to her!!
