They don't have a food court but there are food trucks. The shop selection is decent but I would rather go to the Vacaville or Napa outlets. Even when you walk into the stores here I hardly see anyone else shopping and all the employees look bored out of their minds. If this place got some sort of revamp or hosted events I bet it would be way more popular than it currently is.
