- JSJeannetta Summers2 days ago1.0I used to love going to this Express location, however ever since they got a new manager there, the employees are just lazy. Every time I go in there in the evening the employees are rude and usually sitting on the counter. They are not helpful and don’t bother asking for assistance. They won’t give it, the only thing they give is attitude! The only time I can get good service is if I have a day off during the week and go in the morning. The girl that works during the week in the morning is absolutely stellar and always willing to help and answer questions. She’s always working hard and is never bothered if you ask for help.
