  Great experience! They were very accommodating and able to help with a last-minute location change due to weather. Thoroughly explained everything and made sure everything was set up properly before leaving. Renting their Mechanical Bull made for one of the best parties we have had! Was great for kids and adults. Will definitely use them for all parties going forward!

  IF you do decide to go with this business for your rentals make sure you ask lots of questions regarding EVERYTHING. They were very unprofessional and almost seems like greedy as well. They’ll be happy to charge you and let you know about that but not about any of their rules for cancellation or anything along those lines. Ended up renting from a different small business in the area because of how disappointed I was.

  Vegas party rentals is a very professional company they deliver what they promise very punctual and very well maintained equipment. I have tented from this company many times and the customer service is excellent if you need a mechanical bull Vegas party rental is the place to go you won’t regret it

  These people rip you off be careful. Very disrespectful and hung up me. Refused to return my deposit due to a thunderstorm this weekend. I called and talk to Adrian Vega and ask for our deposit back of $50. He told me well you guys booked it. I told him it was my 16 year old daughter that booked. Adrian Vega said that’s your fault and you’re a bad parent. I was shocked by the words coming out this less of man that rips people off. How petty can these people be. Adrian Vega says I can give you store credit? How do you get store credit for a backyard business? Adrian Vega then tells me it’s on my webpage the terms and conditions. I review the webpage and nothing is listed on the webpage. I call Adrian Vega and I ask him to tell me where on the webpage is it listed that you need to cancel a week in advance. Adrian Vega has no response and says I’m keeping your $50. Renter beware of this guy will rip you off and make up lies. As you can see by Vega party rentals response it is clear proof that they are in the business of ripping off people. No disclosure on website or mention of a cancellation fee. Just greed by a crook. Rent somewhere save yourself the headaches and avoid getting ripped off like I did. Adrian Vegas of Vega Party Supplies response tells you what you’re dealing with. I have reported him to the authorities to ensure no one else gets scam again by him.
