- MSMia SOct 14, 20251.0I purchased a hardware link bracelet via Tiffany & Co website and received my order today, which was shipped from this Pasadena store. It was shocking that the nearly 4K bracelet came in a plastic zipper bag, in Fedex plastic envelope and shipping box, with no authentication card nor any blue box packaging. I can't trust if the bracelet that I received was an authentic one, it simply looked like a used/fake item. And even if it's authentic, it's ridiculous to receive a Tiffany jewelry like this. I already contacted Tiffany customer service and requested a return but also wanted to leave my review here so that others can be informed/warned. The tracking email said my blue box has been delivered but all I got was a zipper bag.
