- LLLTJan 13, 20261.0I purchased a Tiffany infinity ring and after only a few months of wearing it the “infinity” part of the ring came loose. I was very surprised given I expected higher quality from Tiffany than this. So I called the salesperson whom helped me with the purchase. I was even more surprised when he said they’ll charge me to fix it. What?! They sold me a defective ring and want me to pay for the defect. I expected much better service and quality from Tiffany.
