  I cannot describe the kindness and sweetness of Jumana when helping her clients choosing the right ring!!! I have been in the store in Pasadena twice and I have received an excellent customer service from Jumana! that makes sure customers leave the store with a smile😃.

  After making one of the best and most important decisions of my life—proposing to my now wife—I went to Robbins Brothers in Glendale to purchase a ring that would not only wow my future fiancée but also stand the test of time. The experience was great, and after a while I went back to resize the rock (yes, to get a bigger one), which had always been part of my plan since I wanted this ring to become a family heirloom. Years passed and life happened. My wife and I started having kids, and with that came a ton of responsibilities and less and less time for “adult projects.” Anyone who’s married knows exactly what I mean. Lol…After plenty of wear and tear on the ring, my wife and I decided it was time to get it serviced. To our surprise, the Glendale store had closed and relocated to Pasadena. That’s where we had the pleasure of meeting Jumana. The moment we walked in, she greeted us warmly—friendly, helpful, and genuinely attentive. We explained that we wanted to give the ring some maintenance, and she quickly found us in the system to get everything started. Since it had been a while, my idea of resizing the stone came back, and after talking to my wife, she obviously agreed it was time for a bigger rock (LOL). Jumana worked her magic and set us up with an appointment for the next day. We agreed on a size, and within a week they had serviced the wedding band and reworked the engagement ring with the new stone. Which by the way was amazing! The entire experience was smooth, professional, and honestly felt like we’d known Jumana for years. If you’re like me and about to make one of the most important decisions of your life, go see Jumana. She will definitely take care of you, and she won’t pressure you into anything—I guarantee it.   My fiancé and I had a wonderful experience working with Jumana Alhumairi at Robbins Brothers in Pasadena. She first helped educate us about engagement rings back in October 2024 before we even got engaged, and her guidance made the whole process feel comfortable and stress-free. We recently went back to purchase our wedding bands, and once again, Jumana made everything easy and enjoyable. We’re so happy with our bands and truly appreciate her helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly service. Highly recommend working with her!

  I came to this place because my daughter bought a ring recently And as soon as I got in Jumina Was super friendly with me,willing to help me I told her what was my budget and She took her time to look around and find me the perfect ring What I like about Jumina That she’s not there to make money she’s there to help you with a great customer service ,Wonderful hospitality like a friend, she blew out my mind with her personality, I definitely would recommend Jumina if you’re looking for a fine diamond and super service, 100% I will come back to this place. thank you very much Jumina
