He was extremely knowledgeable, detail-oriented, and took the time to get everything exactly right — from the ring setting and proportions to matching diamond earrings with the correct size and depth. We came in just before Christmas, and Michael coordinated with their in-house jeweler to rush the work so everything was ready in time. Thanks to him, my fiancée was able to open her ring on Christmas, which meant a lot to us. The entire staff was welcoming, professional, and helpful throughout the process. I’ve been to many high-end jewelry stores, but this experience truly stood out. Michael made it personal, seamless, and stress-free. Highly recommend.

I contacted Robbins Brothers and dealt with Rhea and her team. I know nothing about jewelry, and they helped guide me going back and forth over the phone and facetime to pick out just the right gifts. They even were able to get them to me on Christmas Eve on the east coast in time for everyone to open them on Christmas day. The gifts were well received, and it brought great joy to my mom as she watched everyone be so excited with their gift. It is moments like this that are made possible by dedicated salespeople that care. It makes you want to be a continued customer for life.

I wanted to gift it to him as a Christmas present. In the midst of so much loss, we found some happiness in his new wedding band. I was then able to find the cutest earrings for me, with the guidance of this beautiful soul. She showed us multiple diamonds both natural and lab grown, we were looking for the perfect priced natural ring initially, but couldn’t find one right away. A couple days later she called me to let me know she had found another diamond that was the size we were looking for, ended up still not being within my budget. She then continued to help us find the perfect diamond and today 12/24/25 ended up being the most magical day where we found the perfect natural diamond that checked all our boxes! Honestly the love of my life and I had such a great experience learning, we felt Jumana really cared about us and wanted to help us find the perfect diamond! She is so kind and helpful, super open minded and willing to find what you are looking for! I will definitely be coming back to the Pasadena Robbins Brothers! Thank you so much Jumana!
